Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and shipment. For add-on embroidery items, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for fulfillment.

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of manufacturer defects. Any defects or issues must be reported to Sweet Tea Smocks customer service within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.

Due to the nature of preorders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not permitted.
