Pickup + Shipping Policy
In Store Pickup
Items must be returned/exchanged within 5 days of PURCHASE for ready to ship items, not the date the item is picked up. For preorder items it will be within 5 days once the item is picked up.
In store pickup items will be held for 15 days, and will be DONATED after the 15-day window if they are not picked up.

Address Changes
If your shipping address changes before your order ships, please contact us at info@sweetteasmocks.com to request an address update. This change must be made before your order is shipped. Once you receive a shipping notification, we can no longer update the address for that order. Please note: Updating your address in your online account does not automatically update pending orders. You must contact us directly to change the address for any pending orders.
If your order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or outdated address not being updated, you will be responsible for paying all shipping fees to reship the order to the correct address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When placing an order with Sweet Tea Smocks, LLC, you have the option to purchase additional shipping insurance through Ship Safely Protection, which covers your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit. We highly recommend purchasing this insurance, as once your package has shipped from our warehouse, Sweet Tea Smocks, LLC is no longer responsible for the items. You will need to go online at USPS to open a claim and the carrier will communicate with you. We will not refund, discount, credit, or exchange items that are lost or stolen. If you need help with a claim please send us a email. If your order is over 120 days old USPS will not allow a claim to be filed. The earlier you file, the better chance you have of usps locating your package, and/or issuing you a refund.
All claims should be resolved directly with USPS or Ship Safely.
Returns/Refunds:
We ask that you inspect your items upon receipt. If there are any manufacturing defects, please report them to Sweet Tea Smocks, LLC within 7 business days of receiving the item. Contact us via email at info@sweetteasmocks.com and include the following:
Your order number
A detailed description of the defect
A photo of the defective item
A photo of the signed packing slip
*Failure to include these details may delay or prevent us from resolving the issue.
If the defect is confirmed by our team, the customer will have 7 business days to provide tracking for the returned item. Paid return labels will only be issued for manufacturer defects. Shipping for other issues will be at the customer's expense. Failure to provide tracking within 7 business days will result in the item no longer being eligible for exchange, refund, remake, or credit under any circumstance.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs)
All ETAs for preorders are posted in our Facebook group when the order is placed, but these dates are subject to change. ETAs are not the date you will receive your order; they represent when our manufacturer ships the order to Sweet Tea Smocks, LLC. Once the full order arrives at our warehouse, we request 7 business days to complete shipping to customers. We will notify you when your order ships to us, once we receive it, and once your items ship to you.
Please note, we do not guarantee specific arrival dates. If you are ordering for a specific event or purpose, we recommend having a backup plan in place.
Any delays due to manufacturing or shipping are outside of our control. By placing an order with Sweet Tea Smocks, LLC, you agree not to hold us liable for any delays caused by postal delays, inclement weather, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
Please note that all preorder ship dates are at least 3 months from the order date, plus shipping time. Keep this in mind when ordering sizes.

To stay up-to-date on shipping and ETAs, we encourage you to follow our Facebook group. We also recommend turning on notifications for our group.
Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items
Our RTS inventory can be found on our website. All available sizes, styles, and quantities are posted and regularly updated. Orders for RTS items will be shipped within 7 business days, unless otherwise specified.
